How to lose my belly weight fast?
Im 12 years old and I weigh about 86 pounds at four foot nine. I have what I think is good legs size but my stomach is bulging out way too much out of my comfort zone. I really want to fit into a bikini by summer time and have been trying to lose weight since summer 09′ but GAINED about one pound….. What do I do to lose like ten pounds of stomach weight? I CANNOT go to the gym because I’m only 12 and cannot buy fancy diet food but I can change up what I eat. But I can exercise just not with equipment.( But I do have a wii)
Please answer my question even if you think I’m at the perfect weight or ‘I’m too young to worry about this! My stomach is probably holding like half my body weight or more and it is fat looking so I need help!!!!!
P.S if it matters I’m a girl. Please tell me some good exercises and eating tips.
I think your underweight! try toning that area. Sit-ups and push ups help & you should reduce calorie intake and cut down sugars and sodas. Hopeee this helps !

I’ve been one of those people that were chubby all my life. I tried every diet plan that came along. A couple months ago I saw a friend of mine that I han’t seen in over six months. Eat fresh fruit instead of drinking fruit juice. Juice is often sweetened but fresh fruits have natural sugars. When you eat fruit, you are taking in a lot of fiber, which is needed by the body, and fruits of course are an excellent source of vitamins.
If you do have a craving for fruit juice then go for fresh fruit juice instead of these that contain artificial flavors and colors. Or even better, try making your own fruit juice taking care not to sweeten it with too many calories.
